New York, NY (November 14th, 2011) - On Monday; November 14th, Paul Greenberg will present Four Fish, an eye-opening ecological and culinary journey through the labyrinth of fishing and aquaculture. In the course of his talk, he will reveal the way the most common seafoods reach our kitchen and along the way explain how salmon, sea bass, cod and tuna have different lessons to teach us about sustainability and the long term health of the ocean.
